'Who else gets to have sex in the coliseum?': Storied USC football stadium revealed to be film location for PORN film

Porn: The Gangbang Girl #32 was partially filmed in the storied USC football stadium

A revered Los Angeles landmark that is the only sports venue to host two Olympics is under scrutiny after a newly-unearthed porn video scandal.

While soccer and football games are common at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, an entirely different sport has taken place on the stadium greenery: group sex.

It was revealed today by the Los Angeles Times that the coliseum was the scene for a porn film, The Gangbang Girl #23.

It is unknown how the producers were able to gain access to the field, but they were able to shoot a portion of the film over one night in 2001.

Scenes of the film, produced by Anabolic Digital, were shot on the field and in the locker room of the storied stadium during the shoot.

Gangbang Girl star Mr Marcus -who has appeared in more than 900 porn movies since 1994 - told the LA Times that he's never actually seen this particular film, but remembers the shoot well.

He said: 'I've made movies for about 20 years and I've done a lot of things, but that one really stands out.'

Mr Marcus said he was in awe of the field, but understood he was there to work.

He told the paper: 'My job was just to do what I've always done - have sex in a professional way.'

As news of the shoot spread, members of the community were outraged, including the stadium's former general manager Patrick Lynch, who resigned last year after he was embroiled in a corruption case.

Lynch's lawyer, Tony Capozzola, told the paper: 'That's disgusting. He would never allow that.'

But according to Mr Marcus, nothing the film crew did was against the rules.

He told the Times: 'We weren't breaking any laws, we weren't in the wrong, we were just making a movie.'

He added: 'I realise it was a moment that was bigger than me but I also took into account that I would be able to say, "I had sex in the coliseum." Who gets to have sex in the coliseum?'

Talent: The stadium has been graced by the presence of LA Galaxy star David Beckham

Opened in 1923, the stadium is occupied mostly by the USC Trojans football team, but even David Beckham graced the pitch last year with his LA Galaxy during a match against Real Madrid.

It was also the place where John F. Kennedy accepted his nomination for president during the 1960 Democratic National Convention.
